On top of that, we research your business independently. We don't do same-day or reactive posting. Our process is planned a month in advance to maintain quality. For email marketing, we design and write the emails and place them into your platform, but we don't handle technical setup, list segmentation, or automation flows. For Meta and Google Ads, our management fee covers strategy and execution. Ad spend is paid separately and directly to the platform. We don't set up social media pages from scratch. If any of these are a hard requirement for your situation, better to know now. We'd rather you find the right fit than sign up and be disappointed.
Getting started
Very little. There are no contracts. No minimum commitments. No cancellation calls to schedule or forms to fill out. If it's not working, you cancel inside your dashboard in one click. We designed it that way intentionally because we'd rather earn your business every month than trap you into staying. On pricing: there's no free trial, because a month of genuinely personalised marketing takes real work to produce. But you can start on our lowest plan, see a full month of deliverables, and cancel before the next billing cycle if it's not right for you. The risk is minimal. The majority of clients who see the first batch stay.
Simple version: you sign up, fill in a detailed onboarding questionnaire, and within 10 business days you get a link to review everything we've created. You approve or leave feedback. We publish everything for you. Then it repeats each month. More specifically: we connect to your social channels through official API integrations, the same way Buffer or Hootsuite work. You never hand over a password. You log into your social accounts from inside our dashboard and grant access. We can then schedule and publish on your behalf. You can revoke that access instantly from your social settings at any time. Communication happens inside your Feedbird dashboard with your account manager, so there's always a clear record and nobody ever loses context.
