Deliberately minimal. You fill in a detailed onboarding questionnaire once at the start. After that, each month you spend roughly 15 to 30 minutes reviewing content in your dashboard, leaving any feedback, and approving.

Yes, and we would rather tell you now than have it come up later. A few things we do not handle:

  • Original photography or video shoots. We work with what you already have or premium stock.
  • Same-day or reactive posting. Our process is planned a month in advance to maintain quality.
  • Email technical setup. We design and write the emails, but list segmentation, automation flows, and platform configuration are not included.
  • Ad spend. For Meta and Google Ads, our fee covers strategy and execution. Ad spend goes directly to the platform and is billed separately.
  • Setting up new social media accounts from scratch.
