I have been working with Feedbird for about 6 months now. The quality of the content looks professional and they are timely and easy to work with. My reason for 4 vs 5 is that I have to spend quite a bit of time editing to make industry specific knowledge correct/ match my brand. Still, for the price, a very useful service that does save me time and make my socials look way better than i could do myself!
I've been working with Feebird for about 6 months now. Overall, it's a cost-effective service for maintaining a presence on social media and provides better value than an expensive agency. The static content they produce is really good but the video content needs some work. Overall, the value is quite good for the money and saves us a ton of time.
I've been using Feedbird for Instagram posts for about five months, and it has definitely lightened my workload. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although I was informed that AI is not used, it's evident that the descriptions are AI-generated. I initially subscribed to their blog post service but canceled it due to the overly AI-driven content. Now, I only use Feedbird for Instagram. It's crucial to carefully review and edit the posts and scheduled dates before final approval. Overall, my experience has been positive, but effective communication is necessary to keep both parties aligned.
I am very happy with the service, the amount of time and stress feedbird takes from me that I would have to invest if doing this myself is worth every penny. I love the content so far, this is my second month in, as time goes on I intend on providing more ideas for content myself, when I get the time, but so far the ideas and graphics are just what I need and the frequency is fantastic. This gives me so much time to concentrate on building my business other ways and actually doing. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took some time initially for me to understand how it all works and the logins and programs used and the first batch was a little bit more of a wait than the second but, they have always been very responsive and accurately respond to my suggestions and changes quickly.
The account managers at Feedbird are incredibly responsive and the design team is highly talented. They understood what I was looking for in branding and rolled out some beautiful postings for my instagram account. It feels like I have my very own design team! I've referred them to a few colleagues who need help with the whole social media marketing. They are sanity savers for small business owners! Soo happy I found them!
So far so good. A few teething problems to get started, and a few delays, but now that we are up and running, I am very pleased with the level of design and copywriting. The client dashboard is also very helpful, as is the approval process for new content to be posted. Dina is also great in communicating as my client point of contact. Good value for the price.
Feedbird has definitely helped to take off a lot of busy work off my back.They do have a sister company SaaS product that helps with scheduling posts and I wish that it had the ability to send you push notifications to your email instead of in the website but regardless the service is good.Some of the designs may be very basic at first but it's up to you to communicate how much and what it is that you want in your design.
My account manager at Feedbird is very communicative and supportive throughout the process. The content creation, you would need to provide lots of context and images to ensure your branding is aligned. However, in terms of ease of use it's a pretty easy process. My only constructive feedback is the hashtags and promoting posts that are engaging to my niche. I feel like it needs more research.

Feedbird has definitely helped to take off a lot of busy work off my back.They do have a sister company SaaS product that helps with scheduling posts and I wish that it had the ability to send you push notifications to your email instead of in the website but regardless the service is good.Some of the designs may be very basic at first but it's up to you to communicate how much and what it is that you want in your design.
